This week in choir:

AHS
Women's Choir:
  • Reviewing songs for concert
  • Learning large group piece

Concert Choir: 
  • Learning the remainder of our 2 pieces
  • Learning large group piece

Old School Edition: 
  • Review & Clean Choreography for Boogie Shoes
  • Learn Choreography for Best Song Ever
  • Finish learning vocal parts on Dancing in the Street
Madrigals: 
  • Learning the rest of The Eternal Gates
  • Begin working on Stabat Mater
  • Learning large group piece
**All high school students interested in auditioning for district/state honor choir will be given information on auditions and materials this week. 


AMS
Guys' Choir:
  • Fix trouble spots on concert pieces
  • work on group piece
Ladies' Choir: 
  • Finish learning Dance of the One-Legged Sailor
  • work on group piece
**All middle school students will be taking a singing assessment on Thursday. Students are asked to bring a cell phone or tablet to class to record their songs. If they do not have a device, one will be provided. I will be emailing teachers to let them know students will be using devices in the classroom.
